Swiggy accepted my order and didn't dispatch the order on time. After an hour the status was still preparing and the order was not dispatched. When I tried to cancel the order they were charged with full payment for cancellation.

I had the very worst experience with @zomato. Whenever I ordered food your delivery partners didn't reach the location on time. Sometimes food gets cancelled and sometimes delivery partners are not assigned.

@HDFCBank_Cares And now after 2 months I received an IVR call to pay Rs 1077 as a late fee. What kind of joke happened to me? In future I will take care of this to maintain balance on the due date but I am not going to pay this Rs 1077 because Wrong information was provided to me.

This is @HDFC_Bank fraud, their customer services provide wrong information to me so they can take an extra amount from Customers. And now they can't help me and let me suffer more.
