We had a great time at our Houston Rodeo themed baby shower/birthday party for me. Now we’re headed to Jamaica for our babymoon and got upgraded to first class. Great way to start this trip! Mama needs this break, a beach, and a mocktail ASAP.
I finished my first week as an attending MIGS surgeon! I can’t believe I spent the week talking to women about endometriosis, fibroids, and chronic pelvic pain and they wanted to have surgery with ME. All the hard work really paid off! ☺️
TYLENOL DOES NOT CAUSE AUTISM
IN PREGNANCY. Are you going to listen to a man who can’t even say acetaminophen or your doctor?? Tylenol is the ONLY OTC medicine women can use for pain and fever in pregnancy. I am so pissed! This is so wildly inappropriate and just flat out wrong.
Officially done with MIGS fellowship.
Board certified OBGYN.
Fellowship trained complex gynecologic surgeon.
Thankful for my village.
We did it y’all!! 🫶🏾
Dear Lord,
Today, bless this new day ahead of me. Let this be the moment where what I carry gets recognized, what I prayed for shows up, and what had me stuck breaks loose. You said in Your Word, “No good thing will You withhold” (Psalm 84:11)so I’m not begging. I’m expecting You to release the good I could only dream of. In Jesus’ name. Amen🙏🏾
You’re officially looking at a —
BOARD CERTIFIED OBGYN.
I passed my oral board exam y’all! I can’t believe I did it. My childhood dream of being a doctor has officially come true. So grateful.
I presented my video today! We discussed removal of a 16cm fibroid in the broad ligament of a woman who desired future! fertility. She was offered hysterectomy before referral to us. We removed the fibroid with the robot & she’s getting ready for IVF now💁🏾♀️ #fellowshipwins#AAGL24
My patient had her 3 kids in clinic. Her youngest daughter asked if I was the doctor? I said “yes, I will be helping your mommy today.” She replied, “Im going to be a doctor!” Her big sis followed with a big “Me, too!” Then we all gave each other high✋🏾s. Representation matters.
Dear Lord,
Today, I stand at the crossroads of purpose and mistakes. Guide me to see that my missteps do not alter the plan You have for me. Let me not become my own adversary, but instead, grant me the grace to forgive myself as freely as I forgive others. May I welcome self-mercy, learn from my detours, and move forward with renewed strength and clarity, knowing Your love is with me now and always. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏🏾
Your favorite OBGYN in chronic pelvic pain clinic treating and hearing women’s concerns. Validating patient’s pain and trying my best to figure it out for the both of us 💜
