$1.261 in profits were added to our treasury this week, the highest number yet.

we also crossed for the first time 300 weekly active users (WAU) and doubled the TVL on our Reserva saving accounts in the first 7 days after launch.

50% of our users that made a transaction last week came back this week, and we also started measuring all cohorts to understand better the conversion and retention across the weeks.

we also launched our first version of https://t.co/h23lkNUcBY, where we'll have all the community initiatives to help grow @contavcbr , starting now with a public ledger on referrals.

on the infra side, we've fully migrated our database to @PlanetScale , adjusted our BRS and BRLA routes, and @norafinancexyz doubled down on the liquidity for BRS USDc pool.

another cool feature is that new users now have an onboard process, explaining Conta's features, benefits and some cool tricks you can do within the app.

on compliance, we've tighten our controls for sibling and third man fraud, getting the lowest number of tentatives since we began tracking and the highest amount of loss to fraudster based on our agents control and intelligence.

small business (MEI) accounts
new layer of redundancy on providers
local settlement debit card
in-app earn platform for grow
UGC and real users content
API for 2.5 websites and applications

@_frontandy helped us produce a new cool video about Conta, that you can check on her profile.

this week we'll be attending @islanddao and will take the opportunity to show the app around, see foreginers using it and collect some feedback.

that said, we really see abstraction as one of the main strategies for customer apps to thrive in this cycle.

the best positioned apps in the segment IMO, @usePicnicBR @itstuyo @joinpeanut are all extremely design-focused apps, with beautiful tech deployed to allow a better abstraction for users.

at @contavcbr we often have to build this tech from scratch because today's stack don't have the level of abstraction and flow we need to onboard millions of non-crypto users.

the level of user experience we're shipping right now allows us to acquire users daily without having to teach them anything about the crypto space, targeting a wider ICP and exposing them step by step to the technology that is taking place.

we're not building something cool just because, we're targeting a real world problem and tackling it with the technology we have available, writing code from scratch when it's not enough to solve the problem effectively.

@contavcbr is an unique expression of how we envision solving the customer debt problem.

And it’s not just on the hackathon, our team shipped tons of cool open source (Solana AI Kit, @stdotacademy + courses, Superteam Cloud, tons of skills & automation, the Submission Revisor, and the list goes on and on - just check out our GH/solanabr), attended more events than I can remember and continuously mentored talented latino builders from the ecosystem during the offseason.

I understand & respect the decision of running a separate hackathon for @RadiantsDAO @solanamobile but guys, please coordinate this better!

Legit asking, what is the rationale behind this? In practice, it just made things more confusing for builders and now we have really strong submissions that missed the deadline 😭

For next time, I would recommend closing at least 1 day after the Colosseum hackathon, to give builders a bit more time to polish and adapt anything necessary after the main hackathon sprint.

the biggest week ever for @contavcbr : all time high numbers for user acquisition, active users, volume and fees.

a recap of some initiatives that drove those numbers up:

@base ecossystem (@BaseBrasil_ @baselatam @baseposting ) has been giving a lot of exposure for our work, we appreciate the support 🙏

referrals on Reserva are starting to pickup, we're seeing community leaders and content creators sharing their links and posting Conta's 101 videos to onboard

this week Conta was at The Garage (@superteambr and @colosseum hackathon) where we had the chance to share more about the project, the vision and next steps. thanks @kukasolana for inviting us and congrats to @norafinance e @usebido)

we are now producing amazing video contents with @_frontandy on our main Instagram and X channel's, the focus os these videos is to help explain Conta to the ICP and help distribute

numbers are looking great, we are now growing consistently and expect to see a higher acceleration factor with the next set of actions we started implementing last 7 days.

this was the first week that the system failed tho.

during this week Conta's system failed on the redundancy architecture we were running and that triggered us to expand and improve the design and deadman's design.

immediately after solving the issue, caused by an issue with the main liquidity pool we were using being exhausted, we've pushed several updates on the infra, making the system more secure:

BRS is now the main asset on liquidation and runs two pools for redundancy, one in @base and other in @solana

our settlement process identifies the best route to execute the order and immediately decide where to go based on the higher probability for succeed.

we've built a dashboard and triggers for all pools Conta use, so we are now able to see, alert and correct inconsistencies faster and move from a reactive to a proactive flow.

we've asked @norafinancexyz to add more liquidity to their base pool, increasing the total to 4x the previously one.

these updates on the redundancy system make the infra more solid to be able to catchup with our growth rate, we are now working on preparing Conta's infra to hold together with 2.000 WAU.

this week we had the chance to go out and talk to lot of customers, hear their feedback, watch them interacting with it and ask questions about the why's on their use cases.

last seven days gave us more confidence on keeping the focus on the problem, ignoring the noises and doubling down fast on what gives results.

next milestones: $500k monthly volume, 3.000 users, $6.000 monthly gross profit, 99% uptime, $25k TVL on Reserva.
