Please help us raise enough money to help Basil provide shelter for his family!
Together we can make a difference!
We have to raise another $200 at least to reach it!

Not only that, but, the computers require so much computing power, which generates so much heat, they use a LOT of water to keep them from overheating. Training ONE AI program for three weeks can require over 250,000 gallons. It's harmful RIGHT NOW, let alone long-term.
Haiti used to supply rice to the entire Caribbean and parts of South America. Their ability to farm rice was deliberately destroyed by the Clinton Foundation under the guise they were building resorts and apartments, among other things. The disruption of the soil caused mud slides and run offs and obliterated rice production in Haiti. Haiti now imports its rice from Arkansas, a critical market for American farmers.
When you speak on Haiti's poverty, be sure to mention who is getting rich on their backs.
I have to sit with the fact that because I’m American, my daily life is upheld by the oppression of poor people here, and globally. It’s possible to be a victim and a villain at the same time. To be powerful and powerless at the same time. It still doesn’t absolve your vote.
