An AC breaking down in this kind of heat and customer support staying unresponsive is honestly unacceptable. People buy brands like Voltas expecting reliable after-sales service, not endless frustration.

@myvoltas@OhFML_ Its been 7 days and the case is still just being “escalated.” No one has contacted me, and support keeps repeating “our team will connect soon” without any timeline. When will this actually be resolved? Very disappointing service.
