@Apple , this has been like this for some time. It's not possible to change language in the personal setting of AppleID. Seems like an easy fix and apple support says "Apple doesn't yet completely understand the issue". Need any help fixing it?
@AudiOfficial even after contacting [email protected] and trying many other things my issues are still unresolved. Q4 in warranty (electrical fault now gone) and no one can tell me (after a month) what the issue is. I keep on being bounced between different people/teams. Unbelievable
@AudiOfficial - you probably have the worst customer service ever, you cannot do anything without having to call you 100 times, most stressful experience ever. Pretty bad for the premium price of your vehicles!
