I watched the @h3h3productions podcast about Patrice Wilson, with no information or understanding of the situation. I just watched @PaigeChristieUK video on the situation. It made me sick. A man who wanted no more than to make music was defamed & smeared this way. Heartbreaking.

Pt.4 @trishapaytas you have buckled down & that you didn’t lie, which means that you are saying that the school actively covered up numerous child reports. That they commit serious crimes, & did not honor their commitment to protect students in their care? @mysterious_tea

Pt.3 if this is the case this would be a more serious than one teacher. All of these people would be considered criminally liable. The school would need to be shut down. This is not drama. @trishapaytas @mysterious_tea

3. The school for covering up, & harboring a person accused of sa. Not reporting it to dcfs the minute they became aware. Making them liable.
4. The principal, HR, and administration for criminal negligence, aiding & abetting, & endangerment. @trishapaytas @mysterious_tea

Let me explain why the allegations are serious. Pt. 1
1. She isn’t just accusing the teacher of a crime.
2. Her mom for leaving her minor children unattended so teachers could commit a crime under her roof. That is child neglect & endangerment. @trishapaytas @mysterious_tea

Worst part. This is actually a crime (depending whether the statute of limitations ran out). At the very least there is a civil that can be brought against @trishapaytas if she is lying.

@Dahliatedtalk @trishapaytas No judge would be allowed to do that. I know how the system works. I am a mandated reporter. A judge is not the only one in the room, as in would say in front of others? Also minors have to be accompanied by a guardian or social worker. Logic says no.

@trishapaytas let me make this clear. I am not attacking you, I am saying that this is heartbreaking to people (me included) who are victims & lose credibility. I won’t assume you are lying. But the reality is, if you are you have destroyed the credibility of victims everywhere.
