* Jing Yuan poured some milk into one of the big bowls.
" My measurements might be a bit off... Hm, let's just hope that they aren't. "
* He murmured lowly, more to himself than Blade.
[ Blade watched the other grab a few eggs out of the fridge as he got a few bowls out and a spatula and a whisk. He grabbed Sesame Cake off of the ground and put her in her cat tree, so she could observe the two of them while they baked. ]
" We should probably let the eggs and butter get to room temperature before starting. "
* Jing Yuan slowly stepped out of Sesame Cake's hold on his leg, standing beside Blade as he went through the fridge.
" We need about 3 eggs.. "
* He commented quietly.
[ Blade nodded as he pulled out a bit of flour, sugar, and other dry ingredients required for baking the cinnamon rolls. He sets them down and starts to go to his fridge. He can't help but steal a few glances of Jing Yuan petting Sesame Cake.. ]
* Jing Yuan bent down subtly to pet Blade's cat, ruffling it's fur gently.
" Mhm, though it might take a while to bake, if you're fine with that. "
* He responded, looking up at Blade rummaging through the kitchen cabinets.
. . . Cinnamon rolls sound nice.
[ Blade mumbled as he headed to the kitchen, expecting Jing Yuan to follow him. There, Sesame Cake, his little cat, mewled at Jing Yuan and scratched at the other's legs. Meanwhile, Blade was searching through his kitchen cabinets. ]
* Jing Yuan greeted Blade with a lazy smile, stepping inside Blade's private quarters calmly.
" What do you plan on doing? We could bake, if you have the ingredients, that is. Though, cinnamon rolls do sound good right now, don't you think? "
* He said, turning to face Blade.
[ Blade sits on his couch as he flips through the page of his book and looking up at the clock in front of him that was on top of the television. He soon heard a knock at his door, and was a bit surprised to see Jing Yuan standing there. ]
