@lesbistaroth Listen, I'm not here to prove which theory you're leaning towards because nothing has been confirmed before it's directly presented in Archon Quest. The lore in genshin Impact deliberately has limited credibility during the initial narrative.

We don't yet know Phanes's story objectively in its entirety, so the story's stance on Phanes might change significantly in the future.

@seuterkoitar @LinYue96584 even if he is the villain. For Kevin's or Phainon's fans, I don't see anything wrong with a villainous character who is deeply flawed. Genshin Impact, from the beginning, has reimagined several characters in a significantly more morally extreme manner.
