If @thameswater has increased your bill from £26pm 2 years ago to £180 now, can’t explain why, you have no faith in them because, eg, they billed you for a year for metered water until your road was dug up and you found no meter existed - what on earth do you do? @MartinSLewis ?

@MartinSLewis Already complained about DCA re 2 cars & received replies to say both were affected. Could the other 2 mis-selling categories apply?
Also, now the scheme covers up to Nov 2024, I have a 3rd car I could complain about - how do I know which mid-selling category to complain about?

Maybe if TW didn’t for example send 4 engineers on separate occasions to *look* at a pipe, 3 engineers to poke at it, one more to fix it, then another to fit the meter they swore had been fitted a year ago, they wouldn’t be in this mess?

@redgierob Daughter’s school gives permission not to bring blazers in but only in extreme temperatures (30 degrees +). Rest of the time (high 20s) they have to wear them while teachers are in shorts, summer dresses etc.

@thameswater For the love of god, please just fit the valve, AND water meter that you told us was fitted a year ago but as we discovered when our builders dug up our drive, wasn't (hence you've been charging us for our neighbour's water)?

This has been going on for weeks.

The ground is already dug up with the water pipe exposed and has been for ages as we're having building work done - the hard work has been done for you. We are at the point where you are holding up our builders now.

You keep promising different dates when an engineer will come & actually do something. So far we've had 3 different engineers turn up unannounced, 'assess' the situation AGAIN but nothing has actually been done.

And why on earth do the valve & meter have to be fitted separately
