The company (@Revolt ) handling @Valkyrae merch doesn’t have very good communication. No reply from them when I asked for status of my merch. No shipping confirmation. But I double checked my payment and I definitely paid for the order. Anyone else have the same problem?

@Valkyrae Please search up “rae merch” or “valkyrae merch” on Twitter. So many people are in the dark about their merchandise order and have zero shipping updates (not even a confirmation)….. I know its delayed, but it was promised mid-dec and any updates would be great!

@studiofreight The web browser for @Valkyrae ‘s site isn’t working. It doesn’t scroll and I’m in the US… Several people have the same issue. Tried 3 different browsers. Mobile works, but would like to order from my desktop.
