@BHolmesDev and when they don't get layout correct in hurry, so have to spend hours to google, copy/paste, etc to make it look like the mock, w/o understanding the basics of css. There comes the frustration I think..

@BHolmesDev They do because they don't get it. Most folks never get to a stage to care or spend enough time to understand it while getting features out (just layouts/decoration right, not real programming! I will spend the least amount of time on styles, etc). 1/2
