One of the things I love to do when down is think about the kind of future I want, laugh about it, say some positive things and go to bed.
We will do great things, just don’t die!!!

I remember when Bruno won the FWA award, they said journalists and other media personnel were bias. They also said the most prestigious award is the one voted by the players.
The players have also chosen Bruno. Which one should we wait for again?
the secret is, it's actually really simple.
if you want to be a writer, write everyday.
if you want to be a runner, run everyday.
if you want to build a business, solve a problem, and see if someone will pay you for it, everyday.
most people overcomplicate things because it's easier to chalk it up as "impossible" than wake up everyday and do the boring daily activities that get you 1% closer to where you want to be.
And for Men, prostate cancer is the #1 cancer killing Nigerian men. Black men of West African descent have the highest rates in the world.
Truth: there’s little you can do to prevent it. But you can catch it early, when it’s still curable.
Do this:
• Start PSA test + DRE at 45. At 40 if your father or brother had it
• Repeat every 1–2 years
• Don’t skip the DRE out of pride. 15 seconds vs your life
Go now if you have:
• Weak or interrupted urine stream
• Straining or not emptying fully
• Waking up several times at night to urinate
• Blood in urine or semen
• Persistent back, hip or thigh pain
Skip: agbo “prostate cleansers”, high-dose vitamin E (a large trial found it raised risk).
Our men die late because they check late. Book the test today.
DRE means Digital rectal exam. “Digital” as in finger, not electronic. The doctor puts on a glove, uses lubricant, and inserts one finger into the rectum to feel the prostate, which sits right against the rectal wall. He’s checking for size, hardness, lumps, or an irregular surface. A healthy prostate feels smooth and rubbery; cancer often feels hard or nodular.
It takes about 15 seconds. Uncomfortable and awkward, not painful. Many men shy away from this test but it’s important, health first remember.
