@StellantisNA @Jeep @RamTrucks @Newsweek Do not buy the extended warranty (“Lifetime Warranty”). It’s worthless. The car’s depreciation value will render the warranty useless. They’ll take your money but won’t honor the warranty.

@StellantisNA @Chrysler Incase anyone was wondering how this went- it didn’t. Basically placated me and refuse to acknowledge the deceptive practices. Surprised they haven’t had a Class Action against them. Do NOT, I repeat- DO NOT buy an extended warranty from them.

@Chrysler If you don’t want to honor a lifetime warranty, you shouldn’t offer one. My @Jeep Grand Cherokee has had multiple exhaust leaks and now that I’m trying to have work done, you won’t honor the warranty on a technicality. Pathetic. You’ll be hearing from my lawyer.
