@rasbt The acknowledgement of that is front and center on their website.
" It should not be used as a primary decision-making tool... Text that is very predictable cannot be reliably identified. The correct answer is always the same."
Oh, so now #openai released an antidote! Very exciting times. https://t.co/CAp2CyuQ8f
Now, how does one deal with the answers that are meant to be objectively always correct? Quantities, years, maths, you name it... Many limitations are acknowledged though.
Why do people bully ChatGPT when they can create the next The Hitchhiker's guide to the Galaxy? Beyond my understanding! Oh, and somehow, many people have personified it saying how "dumb _he_ is". Wonder how many of those people have created anything remotely close in ingenuity.
Ok, I've reached new levels of bending my mind. Want to suffer along? Try #Piet esoteric programming language. And yes, I believe that is also part of the hunt I am doing with a couple more puzzle lovers. I really should do less crazy puzzles and more reading papers, mis voila...
Human creativity never falls short of impressing me with its endless possibilities. One more evidence for that is the babel library I only discovered today, as a result of #pabloath treasure hunting.
Some of us are just not politically correct, not gentle and smooth enough for corporate life. Simply reading literature and learning theory doesn't help during the implementation phase. Is there such a thing, universal communication skills? My observations reject this hypothesis.
It is impossible to fully stop a nuclear power station.. I do really hope that I am the ignorant one, not the rest of the world. Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) has once again lost the connection to its last remaining main external power line. This cannot last for long.
Fact of the week: veeries (teeny tiny birds) can predict above-normal hurricane season better than all meteorological models (including Deepmind's) months in advance!
Ignorance is really a bliss. I had no idea about all things TV, mattress, idk, garbage bin related while I was renting, and now I *feel* like I have to do research on every item. I am having a heightened choice anxiety and I wish I didn't feel like any choice has to be perfect!
Read a book and liked it, had the urge to read-it-under-the-covers-with-a-flashlight. Then made a mistake of reading a review of that book. The review is negative, but many (objectively correct) points raised didn't even cross my mind. Flawed critical thinking?.. #goldfinch
After a week of watching interior-design related channels, I feel like (probably misleadingly) that I have some grasp of it. By no means do I mean I can be an interior designer in a week, but compare it to doing maths and stats and it seems it is nowhere near as hard...🤓
