@tronisbad @Kriptini @deadlockone fwiw there are 31 stores in a 50 mile radius of my store and 20+ are have prerift events on the same day Stores are always supplementing prize support fighting for players to come out. You cannot supplement with cash prizing or other products but nothing wrong with pre rift kits

Distribution has been told to intentionally not release additional product on pre-release product. UVS rep confirmed. Only official produ t to include kits can be used for prizing.

@andrees_joseph @GamesDecon Its tough though because competitors still exist. Looks at the large riftbound events. I havent been able to get a competitor pass yet and have tried every event. I just dont think the byes or mats give people motivation. I have tan a 5k and a 1k and those do great.

@GamesDecon We have a store population problem here. 31 stores in a 150 mile radius. We are lucky if a skimirsh peaks 10-12 people. Our guys all play together daily anyways so a skirmish doesnt really do it for anyone.

@serenedoge11 @BasedDeckDept For example, a 12 cost 4 power 4 might unit that says when you play me destroy all other units. This could be a normal card in a non - aurora world. It would be strong but not broken. In Aurora world, they cant print that because it becomes broken when cheated out.

@BasedDeckDept I think in terms of being able to design other cards, it is already a problem. Every large creature that shares a color with orange they have to ask what is looks like Aurora. Ramp itself doesnt pose a problem but future sets allowing enemy colors could pose a major problem.

@50kJoey It will likely be banned but not because its currently oppressive or makes people not want to play. It will be banned because it limits game design inherently for future sets.

Also, can they really let us play aurora and then cast time warp thr next turn?
