They lied to me that they have credited an amount to my account i asked for a transaction id they had none
I called EP support and they said they did not and opened a new complaint
Is this a company that lies to the customers

It has been 16-18 days a simple transaction of 30,000 pkr is stuck only because of the poor customer service and support that they give me.
Whenever they respond they give me 2-3 days to wait and the prob is still not solved

Sad to say but the customer service and overalls service of @easypaisa is dropping alot.
Your team cant solve my issue of simple simple transaction and they decide to ignore my dms and not respond. Highly unprofessional attitude by such a big app and team.
