His Excellency Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri says his administration will continue to execute and commission quality projects until the last day of his tenure as part of its commitment to improving the lives of the people of Adamawa State.

The governor stated this after inspecting the ongoing construction of the Jimeta Ultra Modern Shopping Complex and the State Zoo in Jimeta.

Governor Fintiri said the inspection was aimed at monitoring the progress of work and ensuring that contractors deliver quality projects that provide value for government funds.

He expressed satisfaction with the pace and standard of work, noting that the contractors had shown commitment to meeting the deadline. According to him, both projects are expected to be completed by the end of September to enable the people of Adamawa State to begin using the facilities.

The governor described the ultra-modern shopping complex as one of the finest in Northern Nigeria, saying it would transform commercial activities in the state by providing a modern and conducive environment for businesses to thrive.

He added that the project would also create employment opportunities for young people and contribute to the economic growth of the state.

Speaking on the remaining period of his administration, Governor Fintiri said he still has about ten months left in office and intends to make the best use of the time by delivering more people-oriented projects.

He said his administration would continue to execute and commission quality projects until its last day in office, stressing that his goal is to leave behind a stable and efficient government that will serve as a solid foundation for his successor.
