Unfortunately @ZeptoNow not able to resolve the issue. After this escalation, I got a call from @zeptocares that if the product is defective, brand is responsible for replacement we are not. This is very shameful service from zepto.

Bought an Ambrane MagSafe Power Bank from Zepto. It’s defective and not working. The listing promised “Easy Replacement,” but zepto is refusing help and asking me to contact Ambrane (not responding). Need a resolution.
