I’m a communicator, if we don’t talk about it we can’t move forward. This is for any relationship I participate in (friendships & family included) …I’ve never been the person to sweep things under the rug I just don’t operate that way
Don’t listen to the aunties that tell you, you don’t need single friends when you get married.
Do not forget your girlfriends.
You may be in love with your husband and enjoy his company but in challenging times, your husband will need his friends, you’ll NEED yours too.
I don't think this is a question with a one size fits all approach, especially because different women respond in different ways to menstruation. So this is more of an empathy situation than it is a policy one. If a woman has severe episodes of cramps, or extra heavy flows, she can be granted work from home days or sick leave or whatever else to ease those issues. Besides, you're in the food business & im not sure you want such a situation in a food environment. These are part of the biological challenges women face in the workplace that puts them at a disadvantage against male counterparts and it only makes sense to solve for them through empathy rather than punish them for it. These are my own thoughts as a business owner.
But what is friendship to you people?
Because laughing under the CS of someone who insulted your friend and & going on to defend your actions is psychotic. Please be fr.
