super versatile and powerful but pretty difficult to pilot consistently. mew is a broken card and the build has a lot of potential, especially against pult

this starting list is a mash up of some lists i've seen others post, but i also wanted to be as close to blitzle's NAIC winning list as i could so we could have the best pult matchup possible

@saikyo_saziki since you have no attackers that use colored energy, you can switch the prism energy for basic psychic so it can be recovered with night stretcher if you want

@PhoenixRemaster usually enriching has been better in builds without froslass but honestly a hero’s cape on mew or clefairy in the pult matchup sounds kinda gnarly. definitely worth trying

mew ex fixes quite a few matchups when it comes to the prize trade, opponents have to work much harder to go 3-3. mew also allows us to tech against all pult variants and makes its worst matchup (lucario) basically free

@KalWhiteMusic lucario has been slightly tougher on ladder than in my testing over the past couple of weeks. the hariyama builds are especially difficult but it all depends on who evolves to their mega first. wondrous patch would make it way better but idk if i want to go that route yet

@ngreenberg yes but it’s a lot easier to pull off since mew has free retreat. no need for air balloon or energy discard

notes cont:

-moltres is for drill and ogerpon slop. if those decks continue to decline in usage, i'd switch it out for a stretcher and replace a prism for a basic lighting

-a package with psychic energies & patches instead of stunfisk/moltres might be wayyy better into pult

i decided that i want to spend the first week of 30th celebrations to thoroughly test and pick 1 deck to grind for the entire format until delta reign comes out, documenting my progress on here.

i have solid lists to start out with, but i want to refine all 3 as i test them out as much as i can to see what progress can be made with each deck
