Announcing Jequill v0.1.0 π
Jequill is an Obsidian plugin that turns my Obsidian into a beautiful blog editor.
Check it out! -> https://t.co/pNJLvJGhC8
My app, Teamtjie, was really slow. I tried refactoring, adding index to the DB, but I couldn't get it to load any quicker. I later realized it was because my app was split between servers in America, Germany and South Africa. After updating some regional settings, its better.
I explicitly went with OTP instead of email and password with Teamtjie because that reduced the amount of sign in support since I don't have to worry about forgot password and reset password flows.
What do you think? Good idea or bad idea?

I recently discovered VS Code dev containers and it has completely changed the way I write code!
1. Install docker on your machine
2. Install VS Code dev container extension
3. Clone the project
4. Open in dev container
Done.

Teamtjie has a wins feature, that lets you celebrate your team's wins. You can also link a win to a team value. It renders has a #hashtag then in the post.

You pronounce Teamtjie as Team-Cheeeeee.
Imagine saying Team + Cheese and now just say Team and Cheese but without the "se".
So it is just Team and Chee.
Teamtjie.
Teamtjie supports being part of more than one team.
Just thought its a neat little feature :).
You can switch between your different teams in the top left.
A big warm welcome to our newest grads who are officially Entelect 'citizens' after making it through Boot Camp!
Over the past weeks, they've discovered that building a great product isn't just about technical skills; it's about collaboration, alignment, and ensuring everyone on the team is on the same page.
Our newest team members have learned what it means to be resilient under pressure, to adapt when challenges arise, and to show up with determination they didn't know they possessed.
It's a thrilling thing to be at the beginning of such an exciting journey and we look forward to seeing how they'll grow.
Here are some of the ideas for a slogan for Teamtjie
1. Helping team leads understand their team
2. Know how your team actually feels
3. When in doubt, Teamtjie it out?
4. Like therapy, but your team tells you how they feel
5. Sometimes, you just need to ask.
I have answered my first question on StackOverflow!
It was something something jQuery.
I have since answered two more which got positive responses so I am happy.
