One thing I strongly believe:
Recognition in our industry doesn’t start with awards.
It starts with proper credit

Some of the most talented people in film and media remain invisible, not because they lack skill, But because they lack credit.

Credit isn’t ego.
It’s documentation.
It’s history.
It’s how careers are built.

Until we start properly acknowledging contributors, we’ll keep producing great work without building lasting names.
