In haste of looking for a lameness answer short cuts are taken. This is second opinion I looked at. Obvious fragment off the extensor process. But nerve blocking foot did not remove the lameness, knee did though. Just because you can see it doesn’t make it real.

2/2 This horse is clinically normal but there are some changes present to the attachment of the suspensory ligament. There can be changes on the attachment but this doesn’t increase the risk of suspensory injury. But it pays to have these scans on file to compare to later.
