"We value relationships as
fundamental to the development and fulfilment of ourselves and others,
and to the good of the community." - British Humanist Association
"We value the environment,
both natural and shaped by humanity, as the basis of life and a source of
wonder and inspiration" - British Humanist Association
@sysTEAMic Aside from IDEO, Emily Pilloton and her established Hippo Roller is another excellent example. The money that people gave was given to the community and the product was used for the people to easily transport water to and from their homes. https://t.co/jp1SuKjQiP
@sysTEAMic changing circumstances is humanistic, is it not? this relates to problems and changes in the system that people are integrated into, in a sense, so there is still a human aspect. that also means that people need to adapt to these implemented systems in the first place.
@sysTEAMic isn't whether the people who you designed products for can use your products or not the most important design success indicator? isn't their feedback the most important thing to have? does apple have a field day wherein they can easily receive customer concerns and complaints?
