@Cbus4Life@FAANews For a while I thought I was going to be in a plane crash! Very glad I wasn’t but I definitely lived one of nightmares for a bit. They did eventually bring in a new aircraft and crew from Chicago, and got us boarded around 3 pm. Second flight went without a hitch :)
@foxnewsdesk@columbusairport Hi, we just made it safely to Phoenix. I’m not interested in a zoom interview but I am willing to chat if you’re still looking for someone.
@assirhanhsur@nbc4i Geese, but it’s unclear if it was one or a couple or a whole flock. We didn’t know what had happened until the captain came on about 15 minutes later to tell us we would be emergency landing.
@assirhanhsur@nbc4i Was in the exit row on the right side, directly above the engine that was hit. Scariest moment of my life 😅 There was lots of cheering and clapping for the pilots when we landed.
@APNatalieYoung @JackieWSYX6 @ColumbusPolice@RodneyWSYX6 As for cpr/rescue breaths, which should only be done IF the baby stops breathing, it’s 30 compressions & 2 rescue breaths. It used to be taught that you form a seal over the baby’s mouth and nose but I believe the red cross has since amended this to only be over the mouth.
@APNatalieYoung @JackieWSYX6 @ColumbusPolice@RodneyWSYX6 For future reference, by “blows” they mean using the heel of your hand to thump their back (roughly between the shoulder blades) not blowing air into their mouth or nose.
