I wish foreign K-pop fans understood the reality of what being a Korean man typically entails. Your favorite male idol might be handsome and talented, but that doesn't change the fact that he was educated and raised in Korea, just like any other Korean man. While not every man is the same, you can't simply assume that the idol you like is free from such issues or is somehow special. If you were to bring up issues related to misogyny in Korea with your favorite idol, you might find that he's not much different from the incels you see on Twitter.
how about using all that money to fund educational strategies in as early as primary school to ensure korean guys don't grow to become perverted, sexually harassing and misogynistic criminals instead?
