@FOBroadband After receiving the mail of restoration, the red light is now green, but the internet is not back on.
Also, there was no internet for over a week and I got 3 days lost days

@FOBroadband Less downtime? I have been without internet for over 48 hours now, and you guys keep closing tickets and saying it has been rectified, which it hasn't. Every ticket has a 48hrs SLA
