I’ve finally decided to hire INTERNS for all my businesses.

I’ve observed the job market for quite some time now and what I found out is heartbreaking.

Too many people are being rejected because they don’t have work experience.

How do they gain experience when employers refused to hire them?

Let’s not even talk about the years of experience attached to intern roles.

So I’ve decided to do something about it.

I will start with my businesses.

I will hire interns.
Onboard them.
Train them.

Show them what to do and how to do it for 2 months.

After 2 months, if they scale through, I’ll hire them fully and start paying them from January 2026.

HERE ARE A FEW THINGS TO TAKE NOTE OF:
~ This is not a paid internship but you’ll get data allowance monthly.
~ You will have supervisors so be rest assured that you’ll be getting all you need to thrive in the role.
~ You are only obligated to work 20 hours weekly.

WHO’S NOT A GOOD FIT:
~ You are not ready to unlearn and relearn.
~ You are not proactive.
~ You want to be micromanaged.
~ You have outsourced your thinking solely to AI.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT:
~ You can take ownership of your responsibilities.
~ You are ready to make my business your number one priority.
~ You’re very resourceful. You can find smart ways to solve your problems.
~ You know how to use AI as an assistant.
~ You take responsibility for your actions and consequences that might come from defaulting.

I’ve preached about remote work and freedom on this page and I practice it daily.

This is an internship and you’re free to take up other opportunities alongside this.

My social media manager was my student and she currently has 4 jobs and she still shows up daily.

My graphic designer has an onsite job and he’s doing great too.

I’m not the kind of person to hold you back. You’re free to work with anyone, as long as you handle your responsibilities efficiently.

I make sure the environment is GREAT for everyone so all I ask is for you to be very PROFESSIONAL.

I’m interested in your portfolio, I want to see mock projects, what you have done and how you did them.
