@Moto_Support My moto g86 power display is not working I bought it in September 2025.

Though there is no physical damage or water damage in the service center they're rejecting warranty claims and asked to pay extra for the service.

In the service center they're saying that the technical team rejected the warranty claim as because of customer defect

Since I didn't put it down or didn't let water in how can they say it was a customer defect to reject the warranty claim. @Moto_Support
