@ShiprocketCare Could you please explain why the standard re-attempt process was not followed and arrange delivery of the product instead of returning it?

After waiting over a month, my order finally reached my location yesterday. I missed one call while away from home, and the shipment was immediately marked RTO instead of attempting redelivery.

Can someone please help get this delivered.

@ShiprocketCare I don't understand why the shipment was marked RTO after a single delivery attempt.

As per Shiprocket's own documentation, courier partners generally make up to 3 delivery attempts and contact the customer to arrange a suitable delivery time before initiating RTO.
