If your technical team cannot fix a car in 15 days — the time in which a new car can be manufactured — it raises serious questions about product quality and after-sales service.
Request urgent intervention from the leadership. This kind of customer experience is unacceptable.

To raise complaint for stolen phone, it ask FIR number, but police never file a FIR they only do a daily diary entry. It happens with me. How can someone use it? It is just a servilance on people.

@_imvikesh Sir, You will be charged for booked ticket only, amount deducted will revert back within 05 to 06 working days. Please refer your booked ticket history & Failed txn history under My Transaction.
