@oncor What is the excuse now oncor? It went from 347 people in my area affected to we are not aware of an outage. So now i had to report my outage again and it says that I’m the only person experiencing this. Ugh

@GetSpectrum is the absolute worse. First it’s an outage until 10:00 AM now it’s 12:30 PM. I am currently losing money bro. And i still have a bill due on the 18th. 😒 i wish i could get a different carrier where i live smh

2) there is something always wrong with the cable or the internet
3) you constantly raise prices for loyal customers so that you can have low prices for new customers. A dirty trick.
4) you offer $5 credit

@Ask_Spectrum treats their loyal customers like shit. The same services I started with for $118 are the SAME services I have now for $250. They hike up prices for loyal customers, so they can provide extremely low prices for 12 or 24 months to new customers to draw them in.
