WSL Containersの構成はこんな感じ。現時点のソースをベースに画像を作成。HCSベースの軽量VMの中でdockerd（バージョンは固定で指定）とcontainerdが動いてる。wslc CLIはWSLCセッションが中継してコンテナを起動する。単純なDocker CLIのラッパーではない。
