“통장에 0에 0을 더해 마치 = adding zero to zero in my bank account… 한로로 = hanroro.”

to break it down, it builds around a clever chain of wordplay and rhymes:

green paper (초록종이): refers to money, such as us dollars or korean won bills.

popopo (뽀뽀뽀): a playful "kiss" sound effect.
pororo (뽀로로): the famous korean cartoon penguin, whose character is known for loving to play and have fun (matching the line about making money while enjoying life).
