Elmhurst's Amanda Lams won both the long and triple jump titles at the CCIW Outdoor Championships. She leaped to a triple jump distance of 11.50 meters, and won the long jump with a leap of 5.39 meters. She swept both the indoor and outdoor triple and long jump titles in 2022.
