@elonmusk I bought one and I’m very happy with it! The only annoying part was trying to test drive it bc there’s only like 3 people ok the sales floor and like 25 customers. Twice I went to try to test drive one and left without even talking to anyone.

@karten_joe I was having issues updating it with thru wifi so I tried plugging it in to update via USB cable. It wouldn’t work but because I was using my MacBook. Once I switched to my wife’s work computer, which is windows PC, it was able to update so it works now!

@Bose bought a used soundbar 500 in perfect condition. Worked great for a few days but when it came to updating it, it stays on a constant loop of the white light blinking from left to right. I’ve tried to factory reset using the remote but no luck.
