We are writing to express serious concern regarding the continued participation and acceptance of Kryon Esports despite multiple incidents tied to competitive integrity violations in Riot-affiliated tournaments.

There have been repeated allegations and incidents associated with the organization, including:

- A player from the organization previously was caught cheating in a Riot official tournament.

- Past player spoofing allegations involving “Penny” during the Invite Division period.

- The recent Laflame situation, where there was a suspicious ping switch from approximately 35ms to 17ms mid-series, which many within the community believe raises serious questions regarding player authenticity and spoofing concerns.

With such a repeated history of controversies surrounding the organization, it is difficult for players and teams competing fairly to understand how Kryon Esports continues to be allowed participation without stronger scrutiny or transparent action.

If Nodwin is saying that Kryon Esports can go ahead because the player wasnt active hacking then there is serious issue of admins not even doing BG CHECK OR PC CHECK. The org owner has himself accepted that he has spoofed in Invite Qulis

Why is Kryon Esports still allowed to play when they have gone against TOS. And 2nd thing according to rules the team should be DQ with this kind of org history. If they are allowed, any random team will come up with a cheater and they will still be allowed with a sub ? This is questionable.

We respectfully request for a RE-MATCH with the new team and clarification on how these incidents were reviewed and how the organization continues to remain eligible despite its history. Transparency in these matters is extremely important for maintaining faith in tournament administration and fair competition.
