@flipkartsupport it's not about what reply was given. After that lots of event happened and then I received a mail regarding sending proof that brand could not solve my problem. I sent all proof but no reply found.

@flipkartsupport@Flipkart You guys sell bad quality products and then let the customer suffer and chase behind for return. It's been so long that I have sent proof that the brand was unable to solve my problem and no reply received from your end. Very easily digested the money.
@flipkartsupport provided link for brand support with no information in the link about my product. Raised escalation and deliberately kept the ticket due post last day of brand support date. Such cunning ways to fool customers.
