@LeShuttle_Help our 8.20 train from Folkestone was delayed by 1.5 hours. Annoying, but it happens.

What is far worse is that there is no system in place, staff at the barriers are making it up as they go along. Cars booked on trains after us let through whilst we’re told to wait
