As you can clearly see, the Delhi Police simply called the guy aside to talk. The guy himself ran away and later started pretending that the police had assaulted him and thrown his book.

The police neither threw any book nor assaulted anyone. The guy himself started shouting, "I've been arrested!"

This is a perfect example of playing the victim card and putting on a false drama.
