Being in coding communities, we always talk about MVP.
I came across MVD minimum viable day.
My minimum is stupidly simple:
1 hour focused work early in the morning.
Lift.
Walk at evening to reset my brain.
If I do these , I count the day as a win.
Been staring at this damn spreadsheet for 5 years.
Now i'm basically turning my spreadsheet misery into an app.
Pick a split ->it builds the mesocycle -> i train -> it tweaks volume and progression automatically based on what I hit. I just log and lift , minimal manual work.
@robert_shaw Been lifting for 10 years and tracking my workouts on spreadsheets for the last 5. It got messy and hard to see progress , so im building https://t.co/4NTvbyabZv to make tracking simple , fast and to see progress clearly for myself and fellow serious lifters.
People love big launch screenshots.
Here’s mine: 186 visitors, 2 signups.
It’s not pretty. It’s not viral.
Momentum begins stupidly small.
I’ll earn the next 10 and the 100 after that.

@Shefali__J Focus is a muscle and I can’t run it all day. I’ve learned prevention is easier than recovery, so I make sure to differentiate productive work from busyness, and schedule walks, gym, hobbies and time with family/friends.
