The negative impacts of using corn biofuel as an energy source is that it takes a lot of energy to grow and harvest corn. Processing corn into ethanol also requires energy. The downside is that fossil fuels would be needed to make corn ethanol.

Corn biofuel is a renewable source of energy. Corn ethanol can be used as an alternative for fossil fuels. Using corn as a replacement for coal and gas can have positive impacts on the environment. #Econ406s19 #challenge9
