No call or message for resolution from the team very unprofessional
Booked a bus via @Paytm with confirmed ticket. At boarding, operator denied entry saying ticket was cancelled—NO prior intimation, NO refund till now.
This is unacceptable. Resolve immediately or I escalate legally.

@AkasaAir my flight QP3003 (IXD–BOM, 11/2/26) was cancelled. I filled the form for an alternate flight, but there’s no update despite repeated follow-ups on DM & mail.
