Extremely disappointed with my @Swiggy@SwiggyCares experience today.
Ordered a pizza around 5 PM. No delivery partner was assigned for a long time. When one was finally assigned, he called and asked *me* to cancel the order, claiming the restaurant was closed.

@Swiggy No I didn't accept that 130 rupees coupon. What will I do with that if I'm not going to use that App anymore. Just the worst experience and support. I spent 450 and didn't eat the food . What will I do with that 130 coupon. Take that coupon too @Swiggy@SwiggyCares

@Swiggy@SwiggyCares I contacted customer support, explained everything, and was kept on hold for nearly 10 minutes. Instead of resolving the issue, another delivery partner was assigned.
The order finally arrived around 7 PMтАФalmost 2 hours later.
.. late at around 3 pm (reaching time was 9 am) and missed our appointment with the doctor. And when I asked for full refund of my journey, the support asked to take a 20% refund and don't proceed with any action anywhere.
On 9th April, I was traveling from Delhi to dharamshala in @laxmiholidays booked via @abhibus And it was a pathetic experience for me.
At around 4 am on 10 April, the bus met with an accident in Punjab and the next bus came around at 9 am, due to which we reached the destination
I'm really frustrated by the service of @Xcode and @AppStore
You guys don't add reviews after rejecting the app and neither is available for any support over call.
Wtf is going on.
