@skiamakhos It's not something I'd recommend to anyone, it's just what I chose to do. It took about 6 months to heal, if I remember.

@skiamakhos In training I just changed from punching with it, to elbowing, and tried to keep from punching with it in fights. I may have slightly refractured it in fights though, I kept on fighting with it.
