Our train 12424 departed from NDLS on 18 July 2026, and we had a valid confirmed reservation from Kokrajhar to New Tinsukia Jn for 19 July 2026. Due to the train being short-terminated at Dimapur, we faced significant inconvenience in reaching our destination.

My international trip just got cancelled due to negligence and reckless , ineffective services by @IndiaPostOffice ! You crooks literally kept my passport stuck at dibrugarh , i even visited the tmo dibrugarh, and got to know that the officer didnt even opened my bag since 26/7!

I applied for my passport on 7th July (File No: GUC065331037525)and submitted police verification docs the same day.
My international flight is on 3rd August,but the status hasn’t moved beyond “granted”.
