HBere's a neurodivergent-friendly tip: do not choose hard goals for your consistency.Ieing consistent in doing what, I mean, exactly? And for how much time? How many steps does it take?
think the advice of "being consistent" is too vague and hard to put into practice.
My commute sucks the life out of me, so when I come home from work, I just feel like a lump on a log for the most part. I like to socialize, bake/cook, go for walks, sometimes play video games, but I don't consider those true "hobbies." I'm not passionate about any of them.
