The U.S. Secret Service is apologizing to a Massachusetts salon owner after an agent covered her security camera with duct tape and broke into her salon by picking the lock so that its bathroom could be used by various people for a two-hour period.
After the two-hour period, Secret Service agents left her salon unlocked and left the tape covering the camera.
The woman was told by others that the lead Secret Service agent was directing people to use her salon’s bathroom without authorization.
The agents were in the neighborhood to secure the area ahead of a Kamala Harris fundraiser. The woman understood she needed to close her salon but didn’t expect the rest of what happened.

KAT got hurt, dropped 20 lbs to get back, didn't play 5v5 til 1st game back. He changed positions & his game to fit the team & flourished. He held sota down through horrid yrs. He had his mom and multiple relatives die at one time during COVID
And he don't flop like Embaby
This was the first possession of the game after KD checked out. You can see KAT thinkin, “okay, new guy will be guarding me now, probably means the double is gonna start coming.”
Phoenix does opt to not put Eubanks on Towns (even though KAT is the 5), and instead opts to put O’Neale on him — and the double comes.
The advantage of Naz Reid being out there with KAT in this alignment, instead of Gobert, is Eubanks has to then guard another guy who can take him off the dribble.
Naz notices the matchup and attacks immediately. One important thing KAT did, though, was space to the corner after kicking to Naz out of the double. With KAT in the corner, O’Neale can’t help on the Reid drive without leaving KAT wide open for a kick in the corner.
Even in Game 82, when Phoenix smoked em, the Wolves dominated the non-Nurkic minutes — both Young and Eubanks lost their minutes at the 5. Eubanks was again a -14 last night, and in just 9 minutes.
Really important to take advantage of the non-Nurkic minutes. Think we might see a bunch of KD at the 5 minutes in Game 2 as a counter.
The only 2 outcomes remaining for this season are
1) The Wolves win the championship
2) The Wolves would have won the championship if KAT hadn't gotten hurt
As talented as Embiid is, glad we don’t have to be subjected to that again. Watching a supremely talented player rely on foul baiting frequently is maddening. Kudos to him tho, had the midrange going.
End of the day, Timberwolves lost for the sixth time in 26 games. It happens.
Rick Carlisle on MIN: "This is one of the best teams on the planet. These guys have really got it going here. The building is alive, the environment is way different than it used be. I take my hat off to Tim Connelly and his operation for everything they’ve done, new ownership."
