• Someone just said, 'we are going to win it again for Messi.' Why don't you say it too?
🚨🗣️ 𝗡𝗘𝗪: Leo Messi: "We will try. The people should have NO doubts that we are going to give everything, just like we have done throughout the years."
That's how it has always been whenever I've been with the national team. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't.
We've been fortunate in recent years to get positive results. The truth is, it's difficult, and it gets harder every time.
But we've become used to it, and we've made the fans get used to it as well.
We'll try to do it again. Whether it happens or not, that's football. But one thing is certain: it won't be easy, and it won't be easy for our opponents to beat us because this is a very competitive team."

‘A KNIGHT OF THE SEVEN KINGDOMS’ showrunner Ira Parker on the Game of Thrones theme in Episode 4:
“The reason (the song) is revisited in episode four is because ‘the call’ is there. This is the moment. This is fucking ‘Go Time.’ And it hits, obviously, very different at this moment. We feel like, ‘Yeah, okay, we’re getting to Game of Thrones that we remember.’ Hopefully everybody, like I am, even though I’ve seen this a million times, is getting a little bit of that goosebump feeling that something nice is coming. Or something bad is coming depending on if you like all of this shit or not. Baelor Targayen arriving through those gates, and hearing that music and that jog up and starting it early. And, ‘I will take Ser Duncan’s side.’ Fuck man, if you’re not jumping out of your seats, then you’re not a fan of Game of Thrones.”

We are African and Africa is our Business..
Every time I stumble upon this endless “fare” discourse online, I can’t help but laugh because of just how shallow our generation has allowed the concept of love to become. To so many of you, love has been reduced to a transactional favor, a performance for your contacts, an endless tally of who paid for what and who owes who. You cage it in rules and conditions, forgetting that the very essence of love is freedom.
To me, love has always meant presence. It is not measured in coins or receipts but in the quiet constancy of showing up. Love is choosing to be there when the world turns its back, when the body grows frail, when a terminal illness looms, when joy and laughter have long faded into silence. It is not about convenience, nor is it about putting on a show to convince others you are worthy of admiration. Love, at its highest form, is devotion. it is standing in the fire with someone because their existence itself is reason enough.
We live in a time where people confuse possession with affection, and validation with intimacy. Yet true love has always been rebellion against such smallness. It is vast, it is timeless, and it cannot be contained by “fares” and rules. It is the only thing that asks for everything, and yet asks for nothing at all.
